Vinolus personally leads his kitchen and runs Bittersweet Bistro restaurant, tavern, catering/banquet facilities and Café Bittersweet, together with his best friend, life and business partner Elizabeth Vinolus. Their active daily management ensures consistent quality and service in every area of the business.
The tavern bar is open at 3:30 p.m. serving drinks, bar menu and Nightly Nibbles specials starting at 4:00 p.m. Conveniently located right off the Rio Del Mar exit on Highway 1 in Aptos, the restaurant is open Tuesday through Sunday (closed on Monday) with dinner service starting at 5:30 pm in the dining room and lounge.
